Economics, Commerce and Accountancy

The courses in Economics (IX-XII), Commerce (XI & XII) and Accountancy (XI & XII) are intended to provide basic literacy in the respective subject areas at these levels and to lay the basic foundation for those who would like to study them further. The courses in the above subjects are designed in such a way, so as to equip the learners with required managerial and accounting skills to start a small and medium scale business. This will improve the opportunity for self-employment. These courses will help our learners explore the fast-growing economy of Bhutan and identify available opportunities and the roles they can play in the economy.
